Lot 149 - A Dumpling Masterclass for Two

The humble dumpling is the cool kid of world food, from tortellini in Italy to Pierogi in Poland and on to Gyoza in Japan. You and a friend will learn from the best as the chefs at Awabi teach you how to make the wrappers and filling, then how to fold and cook the dumplings. The class lasts for two hours, will take place on a mutually convenient date and everything you need will be supplied. Please note: unsuitable for vegans, vegetarians or celiacs.
