The Appeal is primarily a collaboration between five of Jersey's service clubs.

The Rotary Club of Jersey undertakes the town street collections in the run-up to Christmas.
Rotary Club de la Manche are responsible for the Big Boot Sale and the Radio Auction.
The Soroptimists undertake the collections at out of town outlets.
Jersey Round Table organise the Christmas sleigh runs with visits to various Parish Halls and community centres across the island.
All the clubs jointly organise a Festive Friday fun fundraising day leading up to Christmas.
