This lot comprises six bottles of Vosne-Romanée Les Brulées 1er Cru 2013 Domaine Gerard Mugneret.

The wines of Gerard Mugneret (now made by his son Pascal) are becoming increasingly sought after, especially as the drive to maintain the high quality of the wines mean low volumes are produced. With prices increasing and availability reducing each year, it may not be possible to feature this wine in the Jersey Christmas Appeal auction for much longer. The Vosne-Romanée Les Brulées 2013 has a generous bouquet; on the palate it displays richness, soft tannins and delicious fruit flavours. This wine is ready to drink now or can be kept.
