An opportunity for you and a friend to spend two hours in the kitchens at Samphire with head chef Tom Radiguet and be inspired by his unique blend of culinary innovation and gastronomic traditionalism. You can choose the focus of your masterclass: meat, fish, pasta, chocolate, pastry, etc. Your kitchen experience will be followed by lunch for four in the Samphire Restaurant.
